The Story
Our client had been reaching out to potential distributors in Thailand for months following a trade show, aiming to establish a channel for their products. Despite having leads and contact information from the show, they struggled to form any meaningful connections. Most companies they contacted had either stopped responding or never engaged. The client approached us to help resolve the situation.

Our team conducted research in the Thai language to gather essential information that is not readily available to foreigners. This approach allows us to connect more effectively with the relevant decision-makers than relying solely on the contact list provided at the tradeshow. It helps us identify the best potential partners and facilitates discussions with our clients.
We conducted thorough research in Thai to uncover the most up-to-date information on potential distributors, which was largely unavailable in English.
Based on our research, we compiled a targeted shortlist of distributors in Thailand who would be a strong fit for our client’s products.
We re-engaged several Thai companies, with a few open to discussing partnerships. Notably, one of the largest distributors expressed interest in moving forward.
One of the previously unresponsive major distributors, upon learning of the client’s new and big potential deal, quickly reconnected and expressed urgency in securing the partnership.
The Results
Thanks to our efforts, the client not only rekindled talks with a key distributor who had initially ghosted them but also secured a larger contract. The client noted that they couldn’t have achieved these results without our local expertise and support.
